Giorgio Avola

The passion for studying allowed him to face and overcome the period of the pandemic, which was particularly hard for the sports world. He took advantage of the forced stop from fencing to continue his university studies, absorbing new energy from the Milan environment. As in sport, motivation and concentration also proved to be fundamental in studying. However Giorgio has never stopped training, to maintain the state of form and be ready to return to the platform. Continuing in the interview we discover his passion for travel, in particular in the United States, where he is looking forward to returning to meet the friendships he has cultivated overseas and to attend the concerts of his favorite bands. Finally, he confesses his great expectations for 2022: the achievement of the Degree in Economics and Management and the return to international sports competitions.
